At FlourWorks, our philosophy is to work to a standard, not to a price. We buy produce straight from the farmers who employ traditional and pure methods of farming, no adulteration, no pesticides.
We like to adhere to the highest quality and traditional methods.
Our Flours are grounded using traditional stone chakki to ensure low heat production, that allows the natural nutrients and flavours to remain intact.
Similarly, our spices are traditionally iron pounded that gives the texture as you require, and also makes it freshly grounded on orders.
The difference between our produce and other produce (conventional) has to do with how they are produced and stored.
As for our grains, reduced pesticide use eliminates poison from the environment that kill helpful insects, such as honeybees, while reduced fertilizer use prevents polluted runoff that can poison rivers and oceans.
Also we procure a limited batch of grains from the farmers that doesn’t reduce our cost price, which in turn results in serving the best and fresh produce to our customers

We are extremely sorry but we make our flour only after your order is placed and is totally made for you as per your requirements. For more details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
All our flour, spices and other grains are made or packed respectively as and when we receive the order. All the flours and spices are grounded fresh after the minute you order
We have a one of a kind flour guarantee program, which ensures that all our products are fresh and as per your requirement. We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest supply there is. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So at FlourWorks we do not have a return policy, if at all you are unsatisfied feel free to write to us at info@flourworks.in and we promise to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.
To err is human, and despite our best effort to give you only the best wholegrain product, maybe something went wrong. Please feel free to shoot out an email to info@flourworks.in. We shall make up in the best way possible, else refund your money right back to you.
FlourWorks will process the refund based on your chosen mode of payment. This typically takes about 5-7 working days.
Orders received at any time are shipped the same or next business day, from the freshest milled batch depending on the delivery location.
Local delivery within our delivery zones is now free*! If you are not within our delivery zones, We have a certain amount of cart value to ensure free delivery, below which a nominal delivery charge is levied to compensate our delivery partners. You are also welcome to order items for pickup at the location.
Local online orders can be picked up at our address in Mumbai.
All orders are for pickup the next day.
Not necessarily! Our delivery team can leave the order anywhere that you request. A porch or front step for example. If you live in an apartment but can grant access remotely we can leave it by your door if the order is Prepaid.
For COD orders you can also leave the cash with your neighbours or security personnel, and we can deliver the order to them.
Deliveries are done daily between 10AM-6PM. The order will reach you within 1-3 days depending upon your location. If there are delays due to circumstances out of our control, we will inform you about the same
You will receive a text notification once your order has left the outlet and again when you are the next stop.
