Refund & Returns Policy

We can not accept returns, If you no longer need the flour. Since, FlourWorks.in operate on a strict ground-to-order basis.​

If in a circumstance where a problem arises with the flour, please feel free to reach out to us at support@flourworks.in, one of our experts will get in touch with you to offer guidance and support in resolving your issue. If we can not resolve the issue, we will replace your product.​

We will assign a delivery agent to collect the remainder of your flour to send it for analysis/testing.​

Please note guarantee claims can only be made within three days of product delivery.
