Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed the same day. Orders are shipped by next day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Delivery Time:
All Order are delivered The same day or maximum in 2 working days

Shipping Locations:

FlourWorks currently ships in Mumbai and Suburban Mumbai by their own delivery personals and for orders outside our region in Maharashtra and India we use 3rd party delivery partners – FedEx, Delhivery, etc  

Order confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a order confirmation once you’ve successfully placed your order, and would also be notified once the order is out for delivery. 

Damages:

FlourWorks ships flour with our own delivery chain in Mumbai, We are not reliable on any third party delivery service for our deliveries, which makes us as efficient in delivery in our city, In event of any damage to the products while shipping outside our region, will be taken care of on immediate basis, no shipping damage requests will be entertained after the day of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before lodging a shipping damage complaint.​

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside India.
