Dahi

Curd, also mosaru or dahi or Thayir or Perugu, is a traditional yogurt or fermented milk product, originating from the Indian subcontinent, usually prepared from cow’s milk, and sometimes buffalo milk, or goat milk. It is popular throughout the Indian subcontinent.
